Jaime We are an application development company for android and one of them needs an internet connection to be always active, but we found that when it goes to sleep when the screen is turned off the communication with the internet is cut off, they could help me if they can. thanks

Hi Jaime, is the problem only affecting a specific application or WLAN and/or mobile data?
Possible problems are:
- Data-savings mode
- Energy-saving mode
- Special app access to the Internet
