We can put individual apps on the Samsung device into standby (Sleeping apps), which means that they will no longer run in the background. So they will no longer be updated or send notifications until we call them up again.

Step 1: Tap on  Settings
Step 2: Tap on  Battery and device care
Step 3: Tap on  Battery
Step 4: Tap on  Background usage limits
Step 5: Choose  Sleeping / Deep sleeping / Never sleeping apps
Step 6: Tap on  Add
Step 7: Select one or more  Apps  and tap  Add
Step 8: Open the  Menu
Step 9: Tap on  Edit apps
Step 10: Select one or more  Apps  and tap on  Remove
  1. Tap on Settings

  4. Tap on Background usage limits
  5. Choose Sleeping / Deep sleeping / Never sleeping apps
  6. Tap on Add
  7. Select one or more Apps and tap Add
  8. Open the Menu
