Ulefone X Cannot display running apps
Hi. I have a new Ulefone X. Normally with other phones I can view open apps so that I can toggle between them. So far I have not found a way to do this. The button at the bottom left ... □ ... does not do this. Please can you help?

can i have a little more information? How long do you have this device? Did it not work at all or did it stop suddenly? What exactly happens when you push that button?
The Recent apps button(? ) is the right one to switch between running apps, it has to work like that. If not and the device has still warranty, you could return it eventually in case it is a manufacturing problem. If you already installed some apps, it could be that the device's cache is filled with damaged datas, you can try to wipe the cache.
- Turn your device off
- Press the power button and the volume up key for at least 15 seconds at the same time. If nothing happens, try volume down and power instead.
- Wait till the recovery mode starts
- Use the volume keys to switch to Wipe cache partition
- Confirm with the Power button
There is also a part called Wipe data, take care not to choose this by chance, this deletes all your data and resets your device completely. If you have no means of returning your device and no other way to solve the problem, you could try this. Just make sure to have a back up before.
