We can turn on a bedtime mode on the Android smartphone, which will automatically mutes the device and reduce screen colors.
We can also set a schedule whether the mode should be activated generally at the set sleep time or while charging during the sleep time. In addition to the selectable days, we can set whether Do Not Disturb and/or Grayscale should be enabled.

- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Digital Wellbeing and parental controls
- Tap on Bedtime mode
- Choose Based on schedule or While charging at bedtime
- Set the Start/End time and other Options
