If you are using Dual-SIM on your Huawei smartphone, you can deactivate one SIM card if wished. You wont receive calls or messages over this number as long as the card is deactivated.

Activate/deactivate SIM card - Open the settings
Activate/deactivate SIM card - Tap on  Mobile network
Activate/deactivate SIM card - Tap on SIM management
Activate/deactivate SIM card - Activate or deactivate the SIM card
