Sound keeps turning off

Question

I want the sound on all the time. It keeps turning off. I have done internet searches to find a way to keep it on and as far as I can tell, all settings are correct. I want to LOCK the sound on, but there is no way to do it. Plus, with Google maps, the voice will sound for a while but if I stop for a store it will not sound any more, it goes to mute. I NEED SOUND.

Hi ctx! Which sounds do you mean exactly? Could it be that the volume buttons are pressed by mistake and that's why the volume is always low? Greetings
