Network & Connectivity: Guides & tips

Common causes are a wrong password, an outdated router mode (e.g. 5 GHz only), or app battery-saving settings. Reset network settings, or forget the network and reconnect — the guides below show the exact path for each brand.

You’ll find Bluetooth in system settings under Connections or Bluetooth. On many phones you can also swipe down from the top and tap the Bluetooth icon. Brand-specific steps are in the sections below.

Check airplane mode, the network mode (5G/LTE/3G) and whether the SIM is recognised correctly. A restart or manually selecting your carrier can also help. Use the network settings guides for your device.
