Share Wi-Fi Password via QR Code auf Android
Android stores the password of every Wi-Fi network you have joined, but that password stays hidden by default when you check the network details. Instead of revealing the text, Android can generate a QR code that encodes the network name and password together, so a second phone or tablet only needs its camera to join.
This feature depends on the network being listed under your saved networks. If you never connected to that Wi-Fi with this exact device, no password is stored and no QR code can be created.
To get there, open Settings ➔ Network & internet ➔ Internet ➔ Saved networks. Select the network you want to share, then tap Share. Android displays a QR code on screen immediately.
Hand the phone to the other person, or let them point their camera at the screen. Most Android cameras and the built-in camera app on other phones recognize the code automatically and offer to join the network right away.
If the connecting device has no QR scanner built into its camera app, they can use any third-party QR reader instead. The code itself does not expire and works for repeated scans, so you can also print it or save a screenshot for later use.
