Please try to deactivate voice control and follow these steps:

• Open Settings
• Tap on System
• Tap on languages & input methods
• Tap on on-screen keyboard
• Choose Gboard
• Tap on Voice typing
• Disable Voice typing

Voice typing can usually be disabled at any time, could you please try to start the device in Safe Mode and repeat the above steps?

When the unit is switched on:

• Press and hold the Power button
• Type and hold power off
• Confirm/OK

(After that, the device must be restarted.)
