    Hello cjfarr!

    Please follow these steps:

    • Open phone app
    • Open the menu (three dots)
    • Open Settings
    • Tap on Call Settings / Accounts
    • Select the SIM card
    • Tap on Additional Settings
    • Tap on caller ID

    (These steps may vary slightly depending on the device and system).

    I had gone into the phone settings, right up as far as the sim card part....but I did not click on the Sim card as I didn't think there were any further options after that part.

    We are glad that it was solved so quickly!

    Yes, the other options of the SIM card are somewhat hidden, so they are easily overlooked or not found at all.
