phone was charging slowly for a couple of days then just block out and wount turn on back, screen is blank but you see the red indicator light when you plug in the charger, but even if i charge for the entire day the phone wount turn on

    Have you tried forcing the device to start? To do that, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.

    I have the same problem and the "Power Button" trick doesn't work. Any other solutions ? The seller offers me to send back the phone for fixing which IS NOT ACCEPTABLE due to the amount of time for shipping back and forward.

    One more "hint" : After approximately 20 the LED (in red or charging state) just "blinks" once then nothing else happens.

    Hello Doodoo77. Then I suspect that the battery is deeply discharged. Let the device times over 1-2 days on the charger. Maybe something still happens.
