Hello techbone Community.

I have a Problem with my blackview a80 pro that is hairripping to me. I hope that someone could help me, Please.

I wanted to sell this Phone, so i deleted everything from it throu Factory Mode to factory settings ( My Bad). But then i decided otherwise, because the only thing that bothered me was a broken Display whitch can be fixed easily nowadays. Now i tried to Acces the Phone, but i can't, beacause my Google Account that previously was on this Phone doesn't exist anymore. I forgot my previous PIN and my old SIM Card is also gone. I tried Rooting the Phone, but no Chance because i need to Tap 7 times on some sort of Nummber that can only be accessed from the Setting Menu on tha Phone whitch i can't Acces anymore.

I don't want to buy a new one when this can be fixed somehow (Money and Ressources).

Someone, please Help me.

    Hello Anon.

On this website, we strongly advise against rooting the device and do not provide support for such purposes.

Do you even have a chance to turn on the device now?

    Greetings!

    Hello Denny.

Yes, the Device turns on normaly. It asks me for the Language. Then it wants to connect to a mobile Network, i can skip that. Then it checks for Updates. Then it askes if i want to Copy Apps & Data, i can Skip that to. And then, it asks me for my previous PIN or Google Account which doesn't Work, as explained previously.

    Hello Anon!

Have you already contacted the Google support and described the problem? Because normally you can reset the password, but since you no longer have the old SIM card, I do not know if you can be helped.

Did you already have a new device when you reset the BV A80 Pro?

    Greetings!

    Hi Anon!

As described above, it would be best if you write to Google support directly. In this particular case, you can be better helped there.

    Best regards
