Back camera pictures foggy and blurred

Hi!

I recently bought this phone from Aliexpress BLACKVIEW Global Store. The pictures I take come out foggy and blurred - not indiscernible, but dtill not clear. Is there something I should do check if this is normal, or just the camera is defective.
