Since a few days, the blue notification led doesn't work after an incoming message.

For sure I check the not disturb mode, the on stage if applications' notifications, ... Quite all I can imagine.

Any Idea ? Thanks !

    Does the LED light up at all when the charging cable is connected?

    Thanks for your reply. Sure it works when charging and charges : red and green.

    The problem is clearly linked with notifications.

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I don't have a Blackview here right now to check it myself, so please navigate to Settings > Intelligent assistance > LED Notification.

    You should be able to set it there.
