Sensors not correct

Hi, can anyone advise how to hard reset the sensors on a blackview 5500 pro.
Everything is a little adrift, the compas is useless, everywhere is north, the spirit level is askew, and it's been like it since new, stupidly I didn't take it back and swap it, thought I would update and solve it, then just forgot to do anything about it.
Any advise, updates to fix this?
