Shaky and duplicate screen

Bottom of the screen shakes and then the screen will be split, too half normal but bottom half a duplicate of too half

Yes it seems to be at random. Sometimes lasting for minutes, other times lasting for days. I've tried cleaning apps, factory reset, a new phone charger. All seems fine for awhile and then at random it will happen again

If even a factory reset did not solve the problem, I honestly do not know what else could be tried.
Is there a suspicion that it is due to a hardware defect?
