Compatable handsfree earpiece

Question

I recently bought a BV5900 on Amazon and have a Plantronic Voyager Legend handsfree earpiece that I used with my previous phone, but it seems the bluetooth on the BV does not see the earpiece. Is there a way to fix this that anyone knows of or can anyone recommend a similar device that works with this phone? Thank you in advance.

Hello bagginseswolf! You could try connecting the devices with a pairing app, for example you could try Bluetooth Pairing - Bluetooth Manager. Greetings!

I tried it, specifically the one you mentioned and it still did not see my headset even when I was sitting right next to the phone with the headset on. Does anyone know of an alternative handsfree way to use this specific phone?
