touchscreen just stopped working

Question

I was using my phone no issues this morning and now touchscreen wont work at all, cant even restart or shutdown . Using the button on the side of the phone just switches the screens but cannot select anything.

Please help this phone s only 4 weeks old!!

Hello, Rachael.

Unfortunately it sounds like a defect, but to avoid this you can only reset the device via the recovery mode.

If the problem still occurs after that, you would have to contact the seller.
