Can't send or receive picture text messages

Hi...calls, internet, text messages. Everything seems to be working on my new phone. But I cannot send and receive picture messages. I use the phone on Straight Talk wireless with an AT&T straight talk sim card.

    Hello BigTee. check the access point settings to see if there is an entry for MMS from your network provider. there should be two entries. one for internet, the other for MMS.

    Got to Settings>Network & internet>Mobile network (scroll down to advanced)> Access Point Names.

    Then find the APN settings for straighttalk at&t (I googled serched and found them. Straight Talk for AT&T $G LTE APN Settings for Android go to this website  https://www.4gapn.com/us/en/straight-talk and select the tab that shows the settings for StraightTalk for AT&T 4G.) What is happening is you do not hav your MMSC MMS proxy and MMS Ports and protocals not set up. https://www.4gapn.com/us/en/straight-talk

    Then press the + button on the top right and add the APN settings for your carrior and then once it is copied exactly then tap the 3 stacked circle button on the top right and tap save. After it appears on the list in the access points names then power on and off the phone and try to see if that fixed it. This method should work for most blackview phones using andriod 9
