System application "Translator v.1.0.5" has stopped working

A few days ago, the application stopped working and after typing any word it displays:

Translate error !

I cleared applications cache and data memory but it didn't help.

My guess is that this is a kind of online translator and the application cannot communicate with the server. I can do nothing, because there is no available settings in the application itself.

I cannot reinstall the application because it is not available on Google Play - it is a system application installed by the manufacturer.
