I'm trying to copy files (music) using file explorer but the phone is not recognised, getting message device stopped or disconnected. Showing folder empty.

I suppose you want to transfer files to the PC?
If you connect the device via USB, your smartphone will ask you which connection you want to choose, in this case choose File Transfer.

On your Blackview A80 pro.Go to settings. Connected devices. USB transfer. Under "Use USB for" select "File transfer"On your desktop (Windows 10)Under "This PC" go to "Apro". Folder should be visible.Transfer pictures and music by copy and paste.
