How do I transfer from internal storage to sd card?

I have the Blackview BV 2000. The memory is full on the internal storage but I don't know how transfer to SD card. Some apps such as Whatsapp should have gone to the SD Card but didn't. What do I do?

some apps simply can't be transfered as they need to be on the internal storage to access system relevant datas, and without rooting the device, most apps will stay on the internal storage. However, you could try apps like Files to SD card to transfer whatever is possible.
