 anyone tell me how i get sound, when recieving texts at present i just get the blue spot flashing, thanks

    thanks for the reply.i got down as far as number 3 ,number 4 just once does not show as a option to choose,went to 5 chose default sound then okayed it  ,sent a text from alternative phone no joy no sound ,,its strange as you dont always notice the blue spot flashing,

    Hello again!

    Is it possible that you somehow turned the sound down?

    Or did you activate a silent mode?

    (This has happened here many times before.)

                   thanks for the second attempt ,sound on, gone thro everything now i will give it up as a no no and pssibly bin it.

    thought i would let you no,i get a message tone on wattsapp mesages,but not on none watsapp messages.
