I can receive MMS messages, but I can't send them.
Widgets mostly don't work
Tap & Go only works intermittently
Have tried to get assistance via Blackveiw support, but this has not been helpful - mostly my questions are ignored!
Tried Blackview Forum, but my posts aren't even getting posted.

I have been trying to update the APN settings many times over last few days but that hasn't made any difference (tho' I'm pretty new to Android so may be doing something wrong) - I do have some screen shots, but not sure how to send them)
Widgets - widgets like Flashlight seem OK, but some others don't load (like ABC News) and if I need to restart, lots just disappear including things like Google Fit, and some that did seem to load will no longer load like BOM (the Burea of Meteorology weather app) - I have screen shots of these issues too
Tag and Pay - NFC. I haven't been out since Friday, but last time I was out it only worked some of the time (through Google Pay) as I'd removed the card from my Bank App. When I had it on the Bank App it seemed to work even less frequently!
Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated as I am seriously thinking of giving up on this phone and going back to my iPhone 6s

Please contact your provider for exact APN settings for sending MMS.
To the Witgets:
It is possible that some widgets do not work properly on your system, but I don't know if this is just a system error which can be fixed by a reset.
To NFC:
You could check if the NFC service has any limitations.
To iPhone 6s:
This was and still is a very good phone! ;)

MMS - still waiting on provider for correct setting - but hoping to sort this within a week
Widgets - I think it is likely a software or firmware issue for Blackview BV9600E - but, if i do a fractory reset, what will I lose and need to reset/reinstall?
NFC - still problematic. On weekend, it worked at one shop but at other it said I was moving too fast, even though the phone was stationery!??
(at least this time it recognised something, which it hasn't always done) -
Does anyone know if others are having similar issues with this phone?

I have managed to register well over a week ago, but it is not posting my posts/letting me comment or do anything?! They seem to accept, but I get a message saying I will be notified when can be posted (as new user), but nothing ever happens!!!

I think it's rather due to missing permissions. Have you ever given full permissions to an app, for example ABC News? Also, turn off the battery optimization for the app:

Unfortunately widgets still don't work.
Fit & BOM don't update. Basically just shortcuts to open the app.
ABC News doesn't work at all. It just puts a picture on screen that does nothing! I'll try and send a screenshot.
PS have been trying to send screenshots, but they 'bounce'
