    Hello mark_exton!

    Can you please check if you have configured the correct APN settings? Please follow these steps:

    • Open the settings
    • Tap Network & Internet
    • Tap on mobile network
    • Tap on access points
    • Dial the APN
    • Enter the data
    • Open the menu and save

    I Also Have A BV 5900, How Do You Dial The APN? There Is No Add Option. I Can get to th APN Settings But I Can't Add One.

    Hello ScubaD!

    There should be an option to add an APN manually, this could be a plus icon (+), or via the menu (three dots).

    Unfortunately I have no BV here right now to check it myself.
