My phone doesn't Autostart any third party apps in background.

hi my Blacview A80 Pro does not auto start any third party apps that suppose to running in the background, like Whatsapp, Facebook, messenger etc. after power on, always need to manually hit those icons every time in order to receive push notification. i find no App AutoStart management Option in the Setting. how can i solve this issue?
