My BV9600 Pro screen has gone totally black. I need to retrieve the data before sending it back for repair, but cannot see screen. can you help?

    Hello AlexdeSousa!

    You can try to connect the device to the PC and hope that a file transfer can be started, otherwise
    there are programs that can be installed on the PC that bypass the input on the smartphone display in such cases.

    But I can't say anything else about it, because most of them can also bypass the screen lock and thus possibly lead to abuse.
