ring tone is always on 0

Question

the phone is a few month old.....the ring volume always go down to 0 ...i have to look every second day...1 day is ok, but at the second day the ring volume is again on 0 %.....can not use the phone, never hear if somebody call me...don't know what to do anymore....i never changed any of the settings..was only turning it on.....will send it back.....or you have a idea what is wrong with this phone ?

no....the do not disturb mode is off.....i did also the *#87# in the calling interface-test...all there is fine.....don't know what it can be.......all the sound parameters are ok...only the ring volume changes to 0 in about each 2 - 3 days....

This is just a guess, but would it be possible that you accidentally control the ringtone volume with the volume buttons when the device is in your pocket?

Maybe it is not a software problem?!

i think you are right...i didn't touch the phone now for 4 days, only checked once a day if the ringtone still works...and it still does.....so it seems that when handeling it, i always put some buttons whitch turns the ringtone off (still don't know what i push there without noticing)....

Hello bernd! If you haven't set up a screen lock yet, you could try this, because in the best case no commands are accepted when phone is locked. Greetings!
