When I take a picture I cannot upload it to my computer.

Question

The computer shows as if there are no pictures at all. I have had this before but cannot remember how I rectified it. Something about changing files but I can no longer find this in settings.

Are you trying to connect the device to a PC?

In this case you have to activate the file transfer on the BV.

Thanks I have now got it working. Is it possible to save this setting or do I need to do it every time?

Hello Lynwil! Unfortunately this setting has to be set each time, because it requires the unlocking of the phone for security reasons. Greetings!
