Can't hear caller

After a few minutes I cannot hear My caller. I can hear them. If they call back it's ok for a few minutes it happens again.

    Hello Uncledick!

    Do you have the possibility to check the SIM card in another phone?

    This way we can rule out if the error could be caused by your Cubot or the provider.
