Can't update phone app.

Question

As the subject title says I can't update the phone app on my KK 5 Pro. Playstore just says 'cant update' and gives you recommendations on what to do...which I have tried with no success. Have even factory reset the phone...no joy. I still have a phone app, just not the updated one. Anyone else experience this? Thanks.

Hi oobergeek! Is it the google phone app? Since you already did a factory reset, it can't be the cache or stale data in memory. We are trying to find more information about this. Greetings
