Notifications in big delay

I get all the notifications in a big delay on my recently purchased cubot note 20 pro. 

Is there anything that can be done, please?

    Hi James4013!

    If it's about all notifications, I would guess data saver mode or power saver mode, are those disabled?

    Have you checked the background data usage of apps?

    Please, follow these steps: Settings > Apps & Notifications > View all apps > Choose an app > Mobile data and Wi-Fi > Background usage and/or Unrestricted data access

    Thank you for the advice. I have tried as you suggested and it doesn't work.

    Hi James4013!

    According to a user, the system app "Duraspeed" is a background app killer. Please navigate to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Duraspeed and take a messenger app as an exception that is always allowed to run in the background.

    Please try this and report back.

    Hello James4013!

    Since the reports of the users are rather negative, I would not install Duraspeed voluntarily.

    So if the problem is not that either, I will talk again with my colleague. Maybe he still has a crucial idea.
