Doogee S97 jumps to other pages

Hi, I recently got the S97 and it seemed perfect for my needs. There is one major glitch however, the screen constantly jumps pages as if someone is touching the screen, eg; when I'm on Youtube. Along with it jumping onto other videos, it is even adding Subscriptions without me touching the screen.

Is anyone familiar with this type of glitch...and if so, do you know a solution - other than to return it ?

    Hi Philipp!

    Since there are no real settings for it, you could only try if it can be fixed by a reset.

    Please remember to backup your important data first, as much as you can.

    Hi i Would recommend thats u make a hard reset so the phone goes completely back to  factory mode remember to make some backups if there is anything extremely importent u want to save and innstall again i use my Google account to my phonebook so i allways my list og numbers ????
