This is a new device I bought. It does not work. I tried to charge it and it also did not work. (The device is cold when charging) What is the problem and how can it be solved Thanks

    Hello GUN!

    Have you already tried charging it all night?

    It is possible that the battery is completely discharged and therefore needs some time.

    You could also try to force the device to start after that.

    To do this, press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.
