Camera collapsing

Hi. My question is about camera on doogee s55. The problem is that I can open camera and take pic, but the photo isn't saved anywhere or does it take it. It just make a sound and that's pretty much it. When the camera collaps, it's like everything does. On whatsapp I can't open or download photos. I tried restarting the phone and it was ok, but now even that solution isn't working....so I'm pretty much desperate 'cause none of the solutions aren't working. thank you if you can help :)
