Hello.  I have a problem with the applications.  When I do not use any of the applications, they stop being active or fall asleep and I do not receive notifications.  I need to log in to the given application to reactivate.  I tried everything but nothing helps. Thank you

    The problem can have different causes.

    Did you activate the power saving mode?

    Are the Apps allowed to use/work in the background?

    Hello.  Applications are allowed to run in the background.  They have no battery optimization and unlimited data access.

    Does this error occur with all apps that have not been used for a certain time?

    Hi Denny. Only two apps work proper and dont have problem whit them. Whatsapp and Messenger. Thanks

    Thank you for the information, this could be very useful.

    Have you ever compared the permissions of WhatsApp/Messenger with the other apps?

    Are the general permissions of the affected apps enabled?

    Hi again Denny. I am apologize but I check again my general permissions and wasnt enabled. I turn on enabled general permissions and tell you later what happening. Thanks
