Black Screen

Having the phone over a year and while surfing the net it went blank/ black.

Notifications and calls coming through but not able to see the screen.

I tried it all soft reboot, hard reboot, smacking the screen, Lol.. nothing works.

Im searching for more options, dont think it's hardware, but I could be wrong

    hello Vens04Dash. turn off the device. then try to start the recovery mode. if it's visible, it's probably because of the software. if not, the display will be defective.

    Could not get into recovery/safe mode either.

    Screen faulty, replaced, all good thank you.
