    Hello!

    You can connect it to your Mac via USB and copy the files via drag and drop.

    Make sure that file transfer is enabled on the Emporia.

    Hi Denny, That would work in theory and is what you would expect. However, while the Mac recognises that there is an Emporia dvice connected via USB, this is not recognised as a drive and you cannot connect to it. I am not sure if this might be because the phone is a fairly basic Android device that a MAc cannot read or if there is another problem? Thanks. M

    Unfortunately, we did not had this information, it was just about how to connect the Emporia and what to consider.

    Did you enable file transfer on the Emporia after connecting it to your Mac?
