Why I seem unable to text a message to anyone though I have superior data?

Hi! my phone system is having the latest android version with all updated apps but instead of that, I found my messaging default app is unable to send a text, contact, and pictures instead of having good WIFI coverage and best carrier data.

    To avoid problems with the SIM card at first, do calls work without problems?

    How is the Internet via mobile data and WLAN? Are there any restrictions?

    Yes no issue with the calls and even restrictions regards to Mobile data but the problem is I'm able to receive text messages offline but when i text to someone even though connect with WIFI or internet data the system says, try again.....

    Hello again!

    Please make sure that the chat features are enabled and disable them first, then restart the device and enable them again.

    • Open Messages
    • Open menu
    • Tap on Settings
    • Tap on Chat features
