I've done something wrong

I was calling British gas and I use callapp as I record calls now after a nasty phone call and something popped up now everything I click on I hear a voice and I have too double click on every single thing I do.... Now I'm trying to turn this off but I have no idea what it is I'm looking for where too look for so I tried even to do a factory reset  it can't scroll down to even do that....
