I can't check my storage space

Hello,

Please my c12 pro oukitel isn't showing my storage space. It started with 'sdcard missing' then 'reinsert sdcard'.

Now I can't view any stored video or pictures or files. All my files are visible but can't be played or viewed or read.

I connected it to a PC and instead of showing my storage files, it is blank.

Please help
