how to stop speechover

I have inadvertently launched double voice speechover which also  requires double tap to activate each button. 

I can find no setting with which to cancel this feature., which makes operation virtually impossible.

Please help me.

    I think this is the TalkBack function.

    Please follow these steps to deactivate TalkBack

    • Tap once on Settings
    • Type twice
    • swipe upwards with two fingers
    • Tap once on operating aids
    • Type twice
    • Tap TalkBack once
    • Type twice
    • Tap once on Use service
    • Type twice
    • Type OK once
    • Type twice
