Very low sound

The speaker is so quiet I have to use loudspeaker on a normal telephone call.

Everything is switched up to max, system sounds good and playback MP3 or Video is also fine. Just can't hear the other caller on phone :-(

Have tried a booster app from Google Play, didn't make any difference

    hello sshaker2. did you press the volume keys even during a call? only then the call volume is changed.

    Is the problem only with calls via the mobile network or also with WhatsApp/Messenger calls?
