Cannot make or receive calls

I got this phone to use on T-Mobile in the US I have checked and the phone has four out of the six frequencies the T-Mobile is using the only one missing is 66 + 71 I can do everything else on the phone accept phone calls I've checked settings make sure the phone automatically selects Network do not disturb is off airplane mode is off still cannot make calls please advise
