Hello caitlin,

there are some things you can try o get your keypad back. First of all, close all apps that are open at the moment. Then, move to Settings - Apps and search for the keypad app. delete the storage of the app by tapping on Storage - clear. 

If this does not help, you can also try deleting the storage from "Google Play Services", this is also to find within Settings - Apps.

If there is still no keypad, you can check the keyboard settings within Language & input if the right keypad is used by your device. 

If there is no chance your device will show your keypad even after going through all our suggestions, you can also download a new keypad from the Play Store. There are a lot of different keypads available to choose from, most are free.
