New startup stuck at main camera

Just got new oukitel k9 and it booted up like a computer. It stopped booting and says " main camera" . It is frozen and I can't turn off , buttons have no effect. It's locked this way. What can I do?

    You could try to force the unit to turn off by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds.

    Yes. I tried turning off and rebooting. And it worked. Thank you for your help.
