Problem with texting

Hi

When I try to send a text, my phone is ringing the contact.

It doesn't happen with all my contacts. and if I answer a text it is ok. The problem only occurs when I hit the text button on the contact page.

It is driving me nuts!!

Hi keithmart.

I just checked it on an Android One device, the steps are as follows:

Settings > Apps & Notifications >Show all Apps > Select an App > Storage & Cache > Clear memory.

Hi keithmart. I think it's due to an app error, have you tried resetting the app? To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Storage. Greetings!
