Apps crash. Any solution?

Hi, 

Yesterday I unboxed my new Oukitel WP5 (not 5000). As soon as I got it up and running, of course I have tried to use it. But 9 out of 10 times I open an app, the app crashes (shuts down) in 1-2 seconds. This happens with both installed apps, and ones that come with the phone (like making a phone call, or google).

Any idea what the problem could be or how to solve it?

    Hello Elena!

    One possibility would be that the system has an error, in which case you would have to reset the device to the factory settings.

    But you could try is to start the device in secure mode and try out the standard apps.
