Hi.

With no possible reason, My phone is stuck on Mobile Network Not Available Issue.

I tried to restart it and also clearing the cache but no change.

    Hi, Yes I did.

    We tried a few things but nothing worked.

    The thing is that the airplane mode is in a light blue mode, and I can turn it on or off only by entering the device setting.

    BTW, even if I'm switching it off, the network stay not available.

    Then you have surely checked if the right APNs are set, right?

    Could it be that you have activated some DND or concentration mode or something similar?
