Unable to send the sms

sir, I am trying to send the sms from newly bought mobile.  It is not working and unable to change the messaging centre.  But sms is going from other mobiles. please help me to fix this issue.

    No sir...I have done reset aswell as hard reset also..it is not working...message centre is showing  not set and unable to save centre address also.. but this sim is all ok in other devices..

    Then it's definitely the device. Normally you can adjust the message center at any time.

    Have you tried to download another messages-app to see if it works then?
